- How to apply
- Complete the free OCCF universal application in the scholarship portal and review each matching fund’s requirements. Request recommendations through the portal where required. Selected recipients complete a follow-up form and have the college registrar return verification of enrollment before payment.
- Who can apply
- Primarily Oklahoma-connected students, including graduating seniors, college or trade students, adult learners and students with disabilities. School, region, ancestry, field, GPA, need and nomination requirements vary by fund.
- Good to know
- The main page posts new 2027-28 dates; the FAQ still gives December 3, 2025 for some older early-deadline programs. Use the current opportunity’s deadline. Award letters govern individual terms, and payments go directly to the college.
