- Create an account and apply on the foundation's portal. A school official uploads your transcript (PDF) and verifies eligibility. Name two non-family members to submit recommendation letters.

- Who can apply
- Oklahoma public high school seniors who meet at least one threshold: ACT composite of 30 or higher, SAT (EBRW plus Math) of 1370 or higher, or National Merit Semifinalist. Applicants are evaluated on leadership, motivation, academic achievement and character.

- Public school seniors only. Honorees are recognized at the Academic Awards Celebration on May 8, 2027.
