ListedScholarship
- Award
- Fall 2026 entry table lists automatic-qualifier amounts $24,000 research universities, $13,000 regional and $12,500 two-year, plus public-institution tuition waiver. 2027-entry amounts are not published; table does not clearly label payment period for these new automatic amounts. Institutional nominee table explicitly $4,000/$3,200/$3,000 per year respectively. Normally eight semesters; institution disbursement and cost-of-attendance reduction apply.
- Deadline
- No initial application deadline or 2027 dated schedule published on programme/FAQ pages. Must accept as first-time student at Oklahoma institution in fall immediately after high-school graduation. Institutional nomination and optional summer funding have separate procedures/deadlines.
- How to apply
- Automatic qualifiers use linked online application; State Regents verify supporting documentation and may request more by email. Other applicants contact college about institutional nomination. College coordinator certifies enrolment, annual GPA/credits and payment. Summer requires separate application and 24 earned fall/spring credits; transfer, leave and graduate-transfer forms available. Full current application-form fields were not readable in public Smartsheet tool output.
- What you'll need
- A separate scholarship application
- Who can apply
- Oklahoma resident automatic route: National Merit Scholar/Finalist or U.S. Presidential Scholar, or 99.5-percentile ACT/SAT. Published fall 2026 score is ACT 103 sum of English/math/reading or SAT 1560; these are not confirmed for 2027. Institutions may nominate under separate academic criteria, which require college/programme review. Concurrent high-school students cannot receive programme funding until high-school completion.
- Good to know
- Renewal requires 3.25 cumulative/retention GPA and normally 12 credits each fall/spring, 24 earned annually. Funded summer raises annual earned-credit requirement to 30 (six-to-11 summer credits) or 36 (12+); consumes half/full semester. Deficiency generally has one academic year to remedy, with unpaid deficiency terms counting against duration. Approved leave/study-abroad/graduate-transition routes have written notice and limits. Institutional nominees have first-year and transfer restrictions; out-of-state attendance normally consumes eligibility without funding.
