Who can apply

Graduate of an accredited Texas high school or homeschool; U.S. citizen or permanent resident meeting Texas residency and qualifying for in-state tuition; strong grades and class rank; demonstrated financial need via the FAFSA; leadership record; admitted as a full-time entering freshman; commit to living on campus the first year.

Good to know

Financial need is required. Students who take a gap year are not eligible. Only usable at Terry-affiliated Texas public universities.
