- Apply to Pitt, indicate Frederick Honors College interest, submit all required materials, and be accepted into Frederick Honors College. Selected semifinalists and finalists complete two interview rounds.

- Incoming undergraduate students described by the program as U.S. residents or DACA recipients. Review considers weighted GPA, curriculum, optional applicable tests/rank, activities, and Common App essay or Pitt personal statement. Research and leadership experience are recommended. The page does not define U.S. residents as a citizenship category.
