- Graduating Colorado high school senior who lived in Colorado for full junior and senior years (or member of a federally recognized tribe with historical ties to Colorado); graduate from a Colorado high school; U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully present (including DACA). Selected on scholastic ability, leadership, service and character.
- Good to know
- Only usable at Colorado partner institutions. An early decision commitment to an out-of-state college makes you ineligible. Financial need is not a selection preference.
