- Who can apply
- Graduate of a Massachusetts public high school who, by end of junior year, scored in the top 25% of their district on the 10th grade MCAS ELA, Math and Science tests and scored Advanced on one test and Proficient or Advanced on the others; Massachusetts residency for at least one year; U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Title IV eligible non-citizen, or approved tuition equity status; full-time enrollment.
