- Four-year renewable tuition waiver at an eligible Montana campus (average value about $5,000 a year at a 4-year campus); does not cover mandatory or class fees. Up to 200 awarded annually.

- Apply online at AwardMontana.mus.edu, be accepted at an eligible campus, and upload the counselor-signed certification and 7th semester transcript

- Who can apply
- Montana resident and U.S. citizen; enrolled full time at an accredited Montana high school for at least three years including senior year; cumulative GPA of at least 3.4 at the end of 7th semester; on track for the Board of Regents Rigorous Core or an IB Diploma; take the ACT or SAT by February 2027. Recipients are selected by a composite of class rank points and ACT/SAT score.

- Only usable at eligible Montana University System campuses and listed community colleges. Meeting the minimums does not guarantee selection. Must be used within 9 months of graduation.
