- Who can apply
- North Dakota resident at graduation with a North Dakota high school diploma. Essential Skills: 3.0 overall non-weighted GPA, pass the ND Civics Test, career education/counseling, four-year rolling plan, and four of eight additional indicators. Plus two of three: Post-Secondary Ready (ACT 24 or SAT 1180 plus two indicators such as AP, dual credit, Algebra II), Workforce Ready, Military Ready.
