- Who can apply
- Arkansas resident for at least 12 months; U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Traditional students qualify with one of: a Diploma of Merit; a high school GPA below 3.00 with ACT 19+, SAT 990+ or Accuplacer 246+ average; or a GPA of 3.00+ with any standardized test score on record. Must be accepted at an approved Arkansas institution and enroll full time.

- Only usable at approved Arkansas institutions. Renewal requires a 2.5 college GPA and 27 hours in year one, 30 hours per year after.
