- Who can apply
- Legal resident of Mississippi for one year before high school completion; high school cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale; ACT 29 (SAT 1330) or National Merit Finalist or Semifinalist (ACT superscores accepted); enroll full time at an approved Mississippi institution.

- Only usable at approved Mississippi colleges. A student cannot receive more than one state undergraduate grant in the same term.
