- Four-year institutions (and two-year institutions with on-campus housing): up to $2,250 per full-time semester as a freshman and sophomore, then up to $2,850 per full-time semester as a junior and senior. Two-year institutions: up to $1,600 per full-time semester.

- Who can apply
- Tennessee resident who graduates from an eligible Tennessee high school and earns a minimum 21 ACT or 1060 SAT, OR an overall minimum 3.0 GPA (4.0 scale with additional points for AP, honors and similar courses under the Uniform Grading Policy). Must enroll at an eligible postsecondary institution within 16 months of graduation.
