- Cash prizes in each discipline: First $2,000, Second $1,000, Third $500, Distinguished $250. If enrolling at Bennington: First Place full tuition for four years, Distinguished half tuition for four years, Finalists $25,000 per year for four years.

- Submissions accepted September 1 at 9:00 AM ET through November 1 at 11:59 PM ET; winners announced in spring.
- How to apply
- Submit one entry per discipline online; grade 12 students submit through the Common App or Coalition Application. A sponsoring teacher or mentor must approve each entry.

- Students in grades 9 to 12 worldwide; graduated students are not eligible.
- Good to know
- Separate from the Young Writers Awards. Free to enter. AI is prohibited for the Artists, Musicians and Scientists awards and permitted only under set conditions for Innovators. Tuition scholarships apply only if the winner enrolls at Bennington.
