- High school seniors, graduates or current undergraduates residing in CT, MD, NC, SC, VA or WV with a minimum 3.0 GPA, planning full-time undergraduate study at an accredited institution.
- Good to know
- 80% of awards use a combination of need and merit; 20% are merit only. Renewal requires a 2.5 cumulative GPA and continued state residency.
