- Apply online through the competition's Acceptd portal with a video audition (concerto with piano or orchestra, recorded within 12 months of the deadline, max 20 minutes).

- Violinists, violists, cellists and double bassists age 19 or under as of January 1, 2027. Current students of the 2027 judges are ineligible.
- Good to know
- Application fee was $150 (credit card only). Twelve semifinalists perform live in Kalamazoo, Michigan in May. Full 2027 guidelines were marked coming soon on stulberg.org.
