- Apply for admission by Early Action or Early Decision (Earlham lists November 1 for ED and EA I and December 1 for EA II, fall entry, without a year).

- Submit creative writing work through the scholarship portal; finalists take part in Scholarship Day.

- A separate scholarship application
- A finalist round or selection weekend
- Who can apply
- Early Action or Early Decision applicants accepted to the fall class who plan to major or minor in English or creative writing.
- Good to know
- Renewal requires a 2.0 GPA and a creative writing course or a semester as a student editor of The Crucible. International students are eligible, but the award does not reduce the financial contribution required of international applicants.
