Example: CA or TX student with 4.00+ gets $68,000 over four years.

- Who can apply
- Out-of-state first-year students entering fall 2027; award set by cumulative GPA to two decimals. Weighted GPA accepted if school-wide and no more than one extra quality point. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee.

- State add-on amounts differ by home state; check your state's page (some states, such as Minnesota, get no add-on, so their minimum is 3.10). Renewal: 2.50 GPA, full time, nonresident tuition.
