- Who can apply
- Connecticut residents graduating from a Connecticut secondary school and enrolling in fall 2027. Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or undocumented student who has lived in Connecticut for two or more years. Must show leadership and a commitment to opportunity, access and growth initiatives. Up to 20 recipients.
