- Apply to MTSU, then submit the Buchanan Fellowship application through PipelineMT and send transcripts to both Admissions and the Honors College.

- Minimum ACT of 30 or SAT of 1360 and a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Limited to 20 students per year.
