- Funding valued up to the full estimated cost of attendance for up to four years, including an out-of-state tuition waiver for non-Florida residents, plus $20,000 in enrichment funding and participation in the Presidential Scholars Program.
- Deadline
- Apply to FSU and submit the University Honors Program/Presidential Scholars essay by 11:59 p.m. EST on December 1, 2026. Semifinalist video responses due February 28, 2027. Finalist Recruitment Weekend is April 2 to 3, 2027.
- How to apply
- Stamps selection is part of the Presidential Scholars Program process: answer Yes to the Honors Program question on the FSU application and submit the Honors essay. Semifinalists submit two video responses, finalists interview on campus, and Presidential Scholars nominated for Stamps interview with the national Stamps Scholars Program.
